Sidecar Gunmetal

The Sidecar Gunmetal range is made from textured black leather, which is designed to be more resilient and hard wearing than a smooth leather and has a microfibre lining.

In case of marking wipe the leather with a damp cloth and then wipe it dry. If this does not remove the mark a black shoe cream can be used sparingly, to avoid transferring the cream onto items of clothing this should be left overnight to be absorbed by the leather and then wiped with a dry cloth before use.

dunhill do not recommend the use of neutral cream as this will show around the stitches.

dunhill do not recommend the use of alcohol or other solvents on any of our leather products as this will irrevocably damage the surface.

The hardware (the lock, shoulder strap attachments and other metal fittings) have a brushed gunmetal finish, which ensures the finish does not deteriorate through tarnishing. Although scratches cannot be removed, any other marks can be cleaned using a damp cloth and then polished dry to remove any excess moisture.

General Care Comments

When not in use large leather items should always be stored in the original pouch. If your item is not going to be used for a long period of time we recommend that you pad out the inside with tissue paper to maintain the shape.

dunhill recommends that you do not overfill your product as this can distort the shape.

Please avoid exposing your d-eight Grey product to prolonged sunlight as the colour could be affected.
