Alfred Dunhill Limited and American Express Services Europe Limited : Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is open to selected UK residents aged 18 or over, holding either a Platinum or Centurion American Express Card and who receive this email.
2. Employees and family members of Alfred Dunhill and American Express or any subsidiary, third party company or agency directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion are excluded from participation.
3.To Enter: click on the link in the promotional email and at the website enter your name and email address, tick the box and click "SUBMIT” before 11.59pm on 3rd September 2009. By entering these details and ticking the box you are agreeing to allow Alfred Dunhill to contact you about future offers and promotions.
4.Only one entry per person.
5.The Prize: A pair of playing places in the Alfred Dunhill Challenge to be played over the Old Course at St. Andrews on Monday 5th October 2009. Prize includes : VIP transfers from Edinburgh to St. Andrews, 1 night accommodation (2 x double rooms) at the Fairmont 5 Star Hotel, St. Andrews, on Sunday 4th October 2009, breakfast and 2 ground passes to the final of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship (held on Sunday 4th October).
6.For obvious reasons the dates of the Prize are fixed - 4th and 5th October 2009 – and cannot be altered. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
7. Travel to and from Edinburgh, insurance, meals, room extras and any other features not mentioned in these Terms and Conditions are not included and are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
8.Golf equipment and appropriate attire will be required, but are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
9.By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
10.In the event of any dispute, whether such dispute concerns the conduct or eligibility of Participants, results or any other matters relating to the Draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
11. The winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received by the closing date and to be conducted on Friday 4th September 2009 by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
12. Winner will be notified by email as soon as possible and will be able to choose their playing partner. However if the promoter is unable after reasonable efforts to contact the winner and receive a response by 5pm on Friday 11th September 2009, the winner will be disqualified and the prize re-awarded.
13.The winners’ American Express Card details will be required to confirm their identity. This information will only be used for the purposes of this promotion.
14.In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
15.Any personal data relating to the Participants will be used solely by Alfred Dunhill and American Express for their exclusive use in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any other third party without the Participant’s prior consent.

17.Both the Draw and the Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of England and Wales.
