1. Should you wish to cancel your order, return or exchange an item you have ordered please contact Customer Services on:

2. Alfred Dunhill's Customer Services will supply you with a Returns Authorisation Form number (RAF) and full instructions.
3. You should retain the RAF number as a record.

- Your order reference number (please refer to your packing note or order confirmation email)
- The items(s) You are returning or cancelling
- Reasons for return or cancellation
- Whether you would like a replacement or refund
