Lighter Guarantee Statement

Your dunhill lighter is guaranteed against faults in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase irrespective of the country of purchase. Your dunhill lighter will be repaired and any defective components will be replaced, free of charge, providing that the fault falls within the terms of this guarantee.

Damage and/or defects caused by fair wear and tear, accidents, use which is unreasonable or inconsistent with dunhill's instructions, dismantling, or repair by persons other than authorised dunhill repair specialists, or the use of flints or gas other than those recommended by dunhill, are not covered by this guarantee.

This guarantee is only valid provided that the guarantee card is properly completed by a dunhill shop or authorised dealership from which your lighter is purchased and is returned with your dunhill lighter.

Should your lighter require servicing or repair, send or take it, together with your completed guarantee card, to a dunhill Service Centre or Store. We do not recommend that you return your lighter by post as it contains flammable gas/fluid. If you should choose to do so, it will be entirely at your own risk but you should ensure that the lighter is empty of gas for butane gas models and the wadding is dry for petrol models.

This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights.
