Storing you lighter
It is recommended that you remove the flint if the lighter is out of use for an extended period. Natural degeneration of the flint could damage the lighter in the medium to long term, depending on the humidity of where it is stored.
We recommend that you always store the lighter with a full tank of gas.
When not in use we recommend that you store your dunhill lighter in its original box. This has been specifically designed to protect it throughout its life.
