For Spring/Summer 2008, dunhill introduces the casual Canvas collection - a range of large leather goods which indulges the wearer with a statement of personal style: familiar, favourite, vintage and eventually lovingly timeworn pieces. Constructed around an antiquated stone washed canvas, which has a slightly aged look to suit the relaxed style of the range, each piece benefits beautifully from soft tumbled vegetable tan leather and striped canvas webbed detailing throughout.
The iconicity of this range is further qualified by the fact that every model is lined with the archive dunhill signature wallpaper, illustrating the brand's advertisements over the past 100 years. The palette of Antique Khaki green, English Beige and, in the case of the Grip Bag and Messenger Bag, a striking Oxblood red, make the Canvas collection a summer wardrobe essential.
Gym Bag
The eye-catching and distinctive Canvas Gym Bag is an ultra large format holdall with distinctive full front and single side pockets. The canvas body is distinguished with periodic leather details from the stylistic triangles on the bottom corners of the pockets to the practical shoulder pad on the webbed canvas shoulder strap.
Grip Bag
The dunhill Canvas Grip Bag is a classic shape with a large opening for easy access and two zips to ensure that every square inch of space is maximised by its user. Always considering the practical implications of such a large bag, dunhill have included handy internal functions including 2 flat pockets and one zip pocket. This piece boasts a full canvas body with tan leather detail on the base and along the top, while full leather handles are fused to the body with webbed canvas.
