The Canvas Leather range is made from Antique Khaki, English beige, Oxblood stonewashed cotton canvas with tumbled neutral cowhide.
Cleaning on the canvas and trimmings should be done only with a soft dry cloth by rubbing the surface gently. Should the product get wet, please remove any residual water immediately with a paper towel, pack loosely with paper and allow it to dry naturally.
dunhill do not recommend the use of alcohol on the canvas or leather as this will irrevocably damage the surface.
NO PRODUCTS CONTAINING SOLVENTS SHOULD EVER BE USED ON THE LEATHER OR OTHER MATERIALS. THIS PRODUCT RANGE IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE DRY CLEANED OR WASHED.
The hardware – the shoulder strap attachments and other metal fittings are made from brass with antique silver finish, which ensures that the hardware does not deteriorate through tarnishing and remains bright. Although scratches cannot be removed, any other marks can be cleaned using a damp cloth and then polished dry to remove any excess moisture.
When not in use, large items should be always be stored in the original pouch. If your item is not going to be used for a long period of time, dunhill recommends that you pad out the inside with tissue paper to maintain the shape.
dunhill also recommends that you do not overfill your item, as this can distort the shape. Overfilling large luggage goods, can also strain the strap and zips.
It is advisable to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, as the colour of your Canvas Leather piece could be affected.
dunhill recommends that customers only use these service centres when servicing and repairing dunhill products.
