dunhill Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Alfred Dunhill UK Gift Card T&C’s

The dunhill gift cards are available to purchase in store only. The maximum value that can be placed onto the card is £3,000.

The dunhill gift card can only be exchanged for products and selected services at designated Alfred Dunhill and dunhill London stores within the UK namely: Bourdon House, Jermyn Street, Canary Wharf, Glen Eagles and Bicester.

The dunhill gift card cannot be redeemed at any Alfred Dunhill stockist or concession, or for online transactions.

The dunhill gift card will expire 1 year from either the date of purchase or the last top-up (whichever is later). Any remaining balance left on expiry will be automatically cancelled. No notification will be given when the dunhill gift card is about to expire.

The dunhill gift card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other consideration. The dunhill gift cards are non-refundable.

The dunhill gift card cannot be used to pay for after-sales service.

The dunhill gift card cannot be used to purchase items at the Bourdon House cellar bar or courtyard.

You will need to present the dunhill gift card in the store when you make a purchase.

When you use the dunhill gift card, the amount of the purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. Change will not be given. Any remaining balance may then be applied to future purchases.

The dunhill gift card can be exchanged for goods of a higher value than its value but only upon payment of the difference.

All refunds and/or exchange of goods purchased with the dunhill gift card will be made in accordance with dunhill’s refund policy.

Please treat this dunhill gift card as cash and please note dunhill cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or for any unused amounts on those cards.

Alfred Dunhill Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time, where we would consider it reasonable and necessary to do so for security, regulatory or other legal or commercial reasons. Reasonable notice will be given where possible. In the event of any dispute, dunhill’s decision with be final.

In these terms and conditions ‘dunhill’ means Alfred Dunhill Limited. These terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
