A TRADITION OF DISTINCTION
"You’ll always find the unusual at Alfred Dunhill” – a line from one of our archival gifting catalogues, and indeed, it remains true today. This exceptional libation vessel plays on the English heritage of the pocket flask, fashioned in traditional pewter, handmade in Sheffield, and trimmed with bridle leather – edge-painted by hand by our craftsperson. It features a bespoke armorial illustration by one of Britain’s last heraldic masters, whose commissions include the coronation itself and our very own Alfred Dunhill armorial.
YOUR MOVE...
Alfred Dunhill made it his business to discover and collaborate with the finest European craftspeople, a tradition that we proudly continue today. In our collection of diversions, note the archive-inspired decision coins in polished silver-plated brass – finished using a supplier in Pforzheim, Germany. Or the card set, crafted to suit Bridge players, in a leather slip that references servicemen at the turn of the 20th century. Our hand-weighted metal dice are sheathed in supple goatskin and finished by our craftspeople in Spain. Small details, but each representing a traditional Englishman’s downtime and crafted with precision, wit and the quiet understanding that character reveals itself most splendidly at play.
A MOMENT OF REFLECTION
Alfred Dunhill’s 1904 patent for the windshield pipe is still admired today, as is his innovative sandblasted Shell Briar finish. This Shackleton pipe, crafted in our workshop in Walthamstow, London, has a Cumberland stem, and is one of only 49 in existence. In tandem, the Barley Turbo lighter, issued in polished palladium-plated brass, brings ceremony to pause. Together, these articles transform moments of solitude into acts of cultivated reflection.
FOR THE FLÂNEUR
For the man who walks with intention, there is pleasure in detail. A trilby, felted and blocked by a heritage milliner in Biella, Italy. A fox terrier cane, carved in oak, hand crafted in England. And a Heritage Grosvenor Attaché Case in bridle leather, for those who insist that even unhurried afternoons are spent properly attired.
THE CONNOISSEUR’S CHOICE
Where once stood cigar cases and cedar humidors in our Duke Street store, now comes a fitting successor: the Cigar Cutter Table Lighter, handmade by our master silver box maker in Farringdon, London. Crafted in silver-plated brass with a traditional 18 karat vermeil interior and palladium-plated Turbo lighter, this hand-operated heritage machine honours both our motoring legacy and smoking ritual. With every flick and perfectly cut cigar – a reminder of civilised ceremony. Part of a Humidor trunk, inspired by our Motorities heritage, when this piece is available separately, it is crafted with an English oak base.
LEATHER AND GOLD
What began as saddlery in 1893 has evolved into soft goatskin wallets and card cases that slip easily into the inner pocket of a well-cut jacket. Accompanying these is a gold-plated Rollagas lighter, now reimagined with Art Deco linework. The Tweenie Devil is inspired by our archive car hood figure – mounted on bridle leather, hand painted and finished in our London workshop by a craftsperson painstakingly combining heritage and contemporary moulding techniques.
FOR GENTLEMEN OF NOTE
This season we return to the art of English silver box making, working with one of only four masters still dedicated to this craft. Once, our old Duke Street boutique was a destination for the curious and distinguished. Today, Bourdon House, built in 1723, continues that lineage, immortalised in expertly crafted and exquisitely playful mementos. From an origami horse to an aeroplane, each bear its Mayfair address with quiet pride.

THE FINER DETAILS OF LIFE
Crafted in an elegant hand-burnished leather, featuring a beautiful contrast goatskin interior, the Burnished Leather collection of fine wallets reminds us that the greatest luxuries are often the smallest. As does an immaculate silk tie and a well-balanced pen. The armorial signet ring represents a heritage English tradition of a gentleman’s mark on a wax seal – crafted in London using classic and modern metalwork techniques. These are not mere accessories, but the finishing brushstrokes of a life lived with precision.
AN EVENING OF CONTEMPLATION
Every gentleman requires a moment to write in private. For those thoughts best left unspoken, yet never forgotten. The silver-hallmarked Torpedo pen conceals a hidden key, unlocking a notepad bound in goatskin. Echoing the dunhill archive, the pen’s cap can be replaced with a personal seal – for securing correspondence with intent. Alongside, a Turbo lighter, hand-covered in alligator leather and finished with a steering-wheel stitch, evokes the tactile pleasures of vintage motoring. Hand-assembled in Walthamstow, London, its craftsmanship nods to Alfred Dunhill’s origins in driving accessories – transforming fire, ink and leather into instruments of ritual
ICONS OF REFINEMENT
A leather-bound flask. A Goatskin Cigar Case. The Compendium Turbo Lighter. Together, they offer the implements of civilised indulgence. The lighter itself recalls the House’s legacy of functional design – a compact object that houses both flame and finely engineered cigar cutter, fittingly accompanied by a discreet, elegant ashtray, hand-cut in Ireland by a traditional crystal maker.
100 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE
The Burnished Leather collection continues a long tradition of artisanal craftsmanship, and a dedication to practical curios for the contemporary gentleman. Singular and enduring, exquisite coat wallets and card cases are discreet yet sophisticated – finished in fine, hand-burnished leather and paired with rich, contrasting goatskin interiors.

THE PATH OF SOPHISTICATION
A bulldog umbrella, with handle fashioned in pewter, leads the way. A Burnished Leather Briefcase follows, braced for any appointment. A gentleman may walk alone, but his accessories never go unnoticed.
A PILLAR OF SOPHISTICATION
An icon within an icon. A palladium-plated hobnail Rollagas lighter, secreted in an English oak topple block game, and housed in a goatskin leather slip case. A conversation piece, a playful point in the day, a collector’s delight.
THE FINISHING TOUCHES
A piece that revives the classical craft of box making, this jewellery case in whiskey-hued calfskin, crowned with the iconic AD cypher, offers sanctuary for cufflinks in rhodium-plated sterling silver and other fine companions. Because even the smallest pieces, if properly crafted, deserve their own pride of place.
MASCULINE ELEGANCE
This dunhill leather collection proudly celebrates over a hundred years of the House’s unparalleled leather craftsmanship. However, our exquisite soft-grain luggage speaks in quiet tones. PERSONAL EFFECTS
A gentleman is known by the things he keeps close, much like a fine comb crafted in Kent by one of the last English makers and sheathed in a leather case from our workshop in London. Whether it concerns ablutions or formal embellishment, personal effects (an Envelope flask crafted in pewter, perhaps, a gold-plated razor in a fine leather case, or a wool silk grosgrain cummerbund) ought always to be crafted with true meaning.
CASINO ROYALE
A hand-stitched leather poker set, clay chips, palladium-plated brass hardware, and a chessboard of near-military precision. To win is admirable. To lose stylishly? That is the mark of a true gentleman. But, as Alfred Dunhill once observed, “Little ideas well worked bring fortunes.
HEIRLOOMS-IN-WAITING
The finest possessions are not acquired, they are inherited – eventually. The AD cypher-embossed jewellery box, crafted in dunhill’s signature goatskin leather with three compartments, is purpose-built to house pieces destined for future generations: hobnail-patterned treasures in white gold and silver, mother-of-pearl, and onyx. Precious in every sense.
GENTLEMANLY TIES
The modern gentleman ought never be short of a way to formalise a shirt or ignite a conversation. From a classic dunhill polka dot to a regimental stripe woven tie, our select curation includes the finest materials, such as silk and wool-silk blends, and traditional crafting techniques like British weaving. Cues of character designed to complement a wider wardrobe.
A GENTLEMAN OF LETTERS
Every desk has its talisman. Ours is the Tweenie Devil – introduced by Alfred Dunhill in 1913 as an anti-authoritarian car hood ornament. It remains a timeless symbol of mischief and fun, and source of inspiration for a new generation of writers and collectors. Are you taking notes? It’s all part of the desk ephemera – a goatskin notebook, an Alloy Sentryman Ballpoint pen – of a man who understands the finer things in life.
A GOOD WALK SPOILED
If a game of golf must spoil the walk, as Mark Twain had it, allow it to do so with considered aplomb. A remarkable golf tee holder crafted in steel, engraved with our longtail logo, or a refined tan leather double golf ball case; these present little luxuries that stay the course.
GOLDEN LIGHT
Since 1956, the Rollagas lighter has epitomised our commitment to timeless design. Reimagined with Art Deco detailing, it remains both artefact and instrument – as correct in the pocket of a Mayfair boulevardier as it once was in that of James Bond, Churchill and Elvis. Our Unique and Turbo lighters each continue the tradition. For Alfred Dunhill himself, bright ideas like these were the cornerstone of success and happiness.
THE WORLD IN YOUR HANDS
For the discerning gentleman of compass and curiosity. Crafted in collaboration with Leonardo Frigo, a London-based Italian artisan steeped in 17th-century Venetian globe-making traditions, this piece is a singular expression of dunhill savoir-faire. Its wooden frame is layered with plaster and wood, over which copper-plate printed cartography – created using a bespoke Venetian paper formula – is hand-applied. One segment bears our armorial insignia, another our mischievous Tweenie. The base is English oak, hand-wrapped in Walthamstow, London, with our signature steering wheel stitch. Above it, the Tweenie dances atop the world – a playful but pointed symbol of the House’s enduring craftsmanship. This is adventure, fashioned into a one-of-a-kind heirloom.
MIX WITH DISTINCTION
A revival of a dunhill archive piece from the 1910s, this cocktail case is a celebration of collaborative British craftsmanship. Handmade in England, it brings together a community of artisans – a trunk maker, a silversmith, a master woodworker and a leather craftsperson – each contributing their own mastery. The wooden tray is wrapped in leather in Walthamstow, London, silver elements are hand-forged in the capital, and every detail is crafted to precise purpose. When opened, the case reveals its true intention: a travelling cabinet of refined pleasure, crowned by an Aquarium lighter. The gentleman’s soirée deserves no less.
STYLE HERITAGE IN MOTION
A tribute to English mobility and craftsmanship, this made-to-order bicycle is inspired by Edwardian frame geometry. It is meticulously clad in leather – every curve, corner and joint hand-covered at our workshop in Walthamstow, London. A steering wheel stitch traces the contours, echoing our motoring heritage. The saddle, modelled on a vintage original, conceals a flash of red goatskin beneath. The finishing touch: a metal Tweenie, a nod to Alfred Dunhill’s historic motorcycle mascots.
