Kenta Cobayashi Placement Print T-Shirt
Unveiled on our Spring Summer 2020 runway, our collaboration with Tokyo-based artist Kenta Cobayashi sees three archival dunhill catalogue covers reimagined as contemporary art pieces. Cobayashi’s signature digital distortions become semi-abstract prints on jacquard tees, sweatshirts and silk track pants.
This umber cotton t-shirt is cut for a relaxed fit. It features a Kenta Cobayashi's take on a 1970s catalogue promoting dunhill's Jermyn Street store. The artwork is created using a placement printing technique that enables it to extend all the way to the base of the hem. This piece also features a distorted version of our iconic longtail logo at the base of the rear collar.
