Description
The AW20 runway explored themes of collision and deconstruction. Traditional styles were reimagined in subversive structures and fabrications. Technical specificity was celebrated, while tailoring continued to update British menswear conventions with reference to Japanese sartorial codes.
First seen on our AW20 runway, a sculptural half-wrap jacket in black wool-silk. Designed for a crisp silhouette with notch lapels and a strapped waist detail. Bonded, raw-cut satin strips at the shoulders offer a playful nod to sub-cultural sartorial devices such as holsters and harnesses.
