dunhill unveils the new Autumn Winter 2025 season, the third collection designed by Creative Director Simon Holloway, in the atmospheric setting of Società del Giardino in Milan. This season, dunhill continues the core themes of English classicism, casual elegance and consistently appropriate wardrobing.
For Autumn Winter 2025 Holloway draws inspiration from the English Drape suit of the 1930s, iconised by the Duke of Windsor. The blade-cut silhouette, with its natural sporting shoulder, along with the Duke’s stylistic panache, threads throughout the collection. This is a celebration of British style, with noble camel hair topcoats, rakish peacoats, and tailored outerwear layered with heritage knitwear. Formal chalk-striped suits, charcoal double-faced topcoats, and refined blazers anchor perfect town tailoring. Dunhill archives inspire car coats in shearling, wool whipcord, and lambskin, reflecting extraordinary craftsmanship and innovation.
We unveiled our new Autumn Winter 2025 collection at the Società del Giardino in Milan. Founded in 1783, this is one of the world’s oldest private clubs and has hosted royalty, artists, scientists, and laureates in its opulent, character-filled rooms.
With its neoclassical façade, and various grand rooms such as the fencing hall (Sala di Scherma) – replete with large arched windows – library, and ballroom this remarkable private club is an institution synonymous with elegance, discretion and intellectual and cultural pursuits. It sets the stage for our Autumn Winter 2025 salon show and offers Simon Holloway’s new collection a fresh backdrop – true to the dunhill tradition of choosing exceptional, never-before-used fashion week locations.
Beneath gilded chandeliers, and amongst the classic Milanese décor of antique furniture and rich fabrics, esteemed guests from the worlds of art, fashion, and culture gathered for a special evening, set against the romantic ambience of Milan’s most traditional private club.
